Important Definitions
JeetWin Platform – The licensed website providing real-money casino and sports betting services.
Affiliate Program – A marketing partnership through which individuals or organizations promote JeetWin to acquire new customers.
Affiliate Partner – Any verified participant in the program who refers players through custom tracking links.
Referred Players – Users who register and place bets on JeetWin after clicking on an affiliate’s promotional link.
Earnings – Commission calculated from the net revenue produced by referred players.
Net Revenue – Total bets placed minus any winnings, cashback, or bonuses issued to players.
Payout – Funds transferred from the affiliate account to the selected withdrawal method.
Payment Schedule – Monthly cycle upon which commissions are reviewed and processed for eligible affiliates.
Promotional Tools – Official marketing materials, such as banners, links, and creatives, supplied for affiliate use.
Agreement to Participate
By enrolling in the JeetWin Affiliate Program, participants accept all conditions outlined in this agreement.
JeetWin may amend or update terms at its sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email.
Only individuals aged 18 or older may join the program.
Account security is the responsibility of each affiliate. JeetWin is not liable for breaches resulting from compromised credentials.
The platform reserves the right to decline or deactivate any affiliate account without explanation.
Revised terms come into effect immediately upon publication on the affiliate portal.
Affiliate Responsibilities & Restrictions
Approved affiliates will receive a package of official promotional content. Affiliates may not falsely present themselves as official representatives or employees of JeetWin.
The following actions are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension:
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or using unapproved ad formats like pop-ups/pop-unders
- Bidding on search terms or keywords that include the JeetWin brand
- Using domain names that contain the JeetWin brand or intentionally redirecting trademark traffic
- Employing techniques such as cookie stuffing, invisible iframes, or traffic spoofing
Violations may lead to account termination and loss of all unpaid commissions. Each affiliate (individual or company) is permitted only one account. Self-referrals and duplicate registrations are strictly forbidden.
Revenue Share Structure
Affiliates begin with a 20% share of net revenue from their referred players. This rate may be reduced to 15% if no new First-Time Depositors (FTDs) are brought in for six consecutive months, and down to 5% after one year of inactivity.
JeetWin reserves the right to exclude fraudulent players or accounts suspected of abuse from commission calculations. Any chargebacks or refund reversals will nullify associated affiliate payouts.
High-Risk Player Policy
If a referred player accrues a net monthly loss of $10,000 or more, they are classified as a High-Risk Player.
- Negative revenue balances for these players will carry over to future months but apply only to that individual’s activity.
- Negative figures cannot be merged or offset against other referred players’ balances.
Commission Payouts
Payouts are processed monthly by the 15th for the prior month’s activity, with a minimum threshold of $100. If this threshold isn’t reached, the amount will roll over to the next cycle.
Although JeetWin strives to ensure timely payouts, delays due to technical or banking issues may occur. In extreme cases, processing may take up to 60 days.
Dispute Resolution
Any concerns or conflicts must be submitted to the affiliate support team via the official contact email. All claims will be reviewed within 14 business days.
Use of offensive language, misleading statements, or attempts to exploit program rules may result in your account being permanently suspended, and any pending earnings withheld.
